Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at fmzcfauxfurclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item back.
Please do not send items back before contacting us. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will help resolve the issue and cover the return shipping where applicable.
For returns due to size, fit, color preference, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at fmzcfauxfurclothing@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and help make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags. Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
At this time, the fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Items must still be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
